Analysis
Before starting work, I analysed the existing site to identify the main areas for improvement. I wanted to keep a strict visual style, but make site navigation easier and clearer, divide the information into explicit semantic blocks, present valuable information to the user in
an accessible way, without piling up text.
1
Unreliable navigation through rental and sales offers with illegible text
on a dirty background.
2
Product cards that don't show all the value and therefore double some information. Moreover, the photos are small and don't draw users' attention.
3
The filter for selecting deals is not very convenient due to the lack of detailed information.
4
An old-fashioned design, with a mix of different styles and some unattractive pictures.
What we had...
So...
I conducted a competitor analysis in the luxury real estate market in order to compare strengths and weaknesses, and to learn some tricks from them.
After that, I created a website map in which some sections were rearranged and new flows were added in order to improve the user experience.
Branding
For the project, I decided to focus on a noble dark blue as the main colour and chose yellow as an accent colour. This helped us stand out from competitors and created a recognisable premium brand. “Coworking” was also chosen as the font for the accent, reflecting the character of the brand – striving forward, being confident, and reliable.
New logo
To create a new logo I started with a few selected directions that both associated with the old logo and suit the new style.
It was decided to choose the option based on the font used
in the project's letters.

Illustrations
To further emphasise the unique style of each tower, I designed illustrations that reflect how many residents or businesses have already moved into each tower. Previously, this information was presented in plain text on the website, but I felt it would be more engaging to include infographics that attract attention.

Result
Successfully crafted modern website that prioritises user-friendly navigation, highlights key sections, incorporates a refined colour scheme, and integrates large, visually striking typography. This design not only enhances the overall aesthetics but also ensures a seamless and enjoyable user experience. The strategic emphasis on simplicity and sophistication aims to capture user attention and convey a sense of exclusivity, ultimately contributing to the site's overall effectiveness and appeal.
Additional screens
Explore the site's dynamic response to user preferences, enabling seamless transitions between colour themes and effortless navigation through the supplementary menu. The inclusion of a color-changing option reflects a thoughtful consideration for users working during various times of the day, ensuring optimal eye comfort with light or dark themes. Within the additional menu, less critical blocks coexist, offering accessibility without overshadowing the primary focus on rental and sale options. This strategic design approach ensures that users can easily access less prominent features when needed, striking a balance that aligns with the majority of visitors' priorities.
The catalog page provides a variety of relevant filters to help users find what they're looking for. Product cards, with large images and essential information, help attract users' attention and increase demand.
